dTS is a strategic management consulting firm leading initiatives in social and economic development with a view to promoting equality and accountability. In recent years, dTS has worked in over 45 countries and provided gender integration, training and capacity development, and monitoring and evaluation services to USAID and the World Bank.
dTS is seeking a mid-level Communications / Information Technology Program Associate for an upcoming USAID-funded project to build USAID's management performance capacity by developing and documenting a STAT Review model as well as an Executive Dashboard to track key indicators in multiple functional areas.
The Communications/Information Technology Program Associate will be involved from the beginning through completion of the project, assisting the Team Leader to research and synthesize industry best practices for STAT models as well as Executive Dashboards, edit and refine products and information to be submitted to USAID, and contribute to the development of users' guides.
Qualifications:
* An advanced degree in a communications or IT-related field.
* Prior experience supporting performance management and monitoring projects strongly preferred. Exposure to STAT Review models and management information systems is a differentiating factor.
* Demonstrated technical knowledge and work experience relevant to developing a repeatable, reliable process for monitoring and reporting on performance management.
* Prior experience and familiarity with USAID projects preferred.
* At least 3 years of research experience related to performance monitoring, decision support tools, change management, intra-firm communication, and outreach.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as a team member.
* Detail-oriented and organized.
* Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in computer programs including MS Word and Excel.
